Welcome to NeurospicyBCBA Education!

Hi everyone! I'm Rachael Young, the founder of Neurospicy Education and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I hold a Master’s degree in Education, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, and I'm currently advancing my expertise by pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology. With over a decade of enriching professional experiences and a deep personal connection to neurodiversity, I am thrilled to guide you through our Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

My journey in behavior analysis is profoundly personal. Diagnosed with Tourette’s and ADHD at the age of eight, and autism at thirty, I have navigated both challenges and discoveries that have significantly shaped my approach to mental health and therapeutic practices. These experiences inspire my commitment to empathy, understanding, and inclusivity in the behavior analytic community.
